I'm starting a company here that makes and sells WVO (waste vegetable oil) biodiesel, and distributes other biofuels [E85 and E10, (ethanol)] at a biofueling station that promotes cleaner energy, and on the side sells organic free trade coffee, locally made pastries, progressive media, and other healthy snacks that you wouldn't normally find in your regular gas station.

We have a business structure set up and about ready to go, and I'm looking for 2 or 3 more people to plug into it, people who have interest/experience making biodiesel (not required, but helpful), and people who would be willing to invest some time and energy that would result in employee-ownership of the company. I can pay wages, but I'd love to find people who will accept less cash up front and will work towards ownership of their own job. Basically I'm looking for workers, motivated people who want to put their energy into a progressive business structure.
